Stallion is one of the drugs available in Bay City. Takeshi Kovacs bought Stallion, along with a large number of other drugs, from a street dealer. It is later revealed that Bancroft is drugged with Stallion which causes him to literally have sex with a hooker so hard that he snaps her spine smashing her stack and real deathing her.
